SWR bass amp are well know to go down to 2 ohms! That is one of the reason why they were so popular back in the day....... I have the 350x amp head.

I have not had the crackling problem (that I know of), but it will be interesting to see exactly what the new firmware is all about....

Hi and thanks for the quick reply about the mixer panning. I believe I am doing what you suggested, I Pan all the vocals to the left, which is the mixer left output, connected to the out front ip2000, and pan the bass guitar and kick to the right or percentage of, hence the right mixer output...

Update.... So on the April 6th gig, I placed both of the ip2000 v2 behind the band. The idea here was to eliminate monitors, it actually worked, the only problem now is the stage levels are too high! So on our next gig, I placed a ip2000 behind / between the drummer and lead guitarist /...

Wow, well said, I totally agree with you! One needs to be satisfied to hear the stage level as a total mix and not just themselves! On our next gig, I plan on having the IP's behind us, as stage room with allow.... This isn't until April 6th, and well let you all know how it went, and what...
