Just think, if Fender makes a bunch of money selling this bass, they can turn around and improve on instruments that actually matter.

Yow! I feel for you man I'm in Vancouver, it said shipping was 53 something. As for the case, it says on the site they require non US customers to buy a case, maybe if I ask really nicely I can get around that? Did you get dinged with any customs fees or taxes going across the border? Thanks...

I would love to be a member of this club, get a fretless I can play with, but living even in Canada means with shipping and the fact that they require you to buy a case, and possible customs and taxes, suddenly that wonderful $100 bass becomes $200 or more...:rollno:

I know the feeling, my jazz needs a name. I've noticed that all my nicknames tend to follow the "Blanky Mcblankerson" format. So I'm thinking of calling it Blanky Mcblankerson. Go ahead and steal it if you like,:p I probably won't use it
