Yeah, but that was with the eq knobs at 12:00 right? I was interested in seeing what the contour off would look like with your extreme eq knob settings. Unless I missed that one too..:)

How are these holding up to pick useage as compared to Elixers?

I gotta play this song with my band and was wondering what you guys that play it use to cop the bass tone? It sounds like either a lite phaser or envelope to me used during certain parts.

On amps that tie their DI out level to the amps input level control knob, If you run a pedal into the front end, will the pedal out level affect the DI's output level?

I think it's on topic. Those GK NEO cabs seem to be priced close to the ceramic speaker cabs of similar size. They are still making them too with no extreme price increase..unlike Eminence...

My GK 1001rb/2 keeps smoking the 15's(EV15-L's or Kappalite 3015's) in my Mesa Boogie Diesel 2x15, so I'm moving up on to the GK NEO 412!! Looking for more growl myself!!

I thinks GK is selling their NEO speaker cabinets for the same price still.. Damn good cabs too!!

Is the date of manufacture printed on the Ampeg 8x10's? Or do you have do use the serial number to determine the date?

Will the serial number of the Ampeg 810e reveal it's date of manufacture? If so, can you give an example? I want to be ready when I shop for a used one.

I could swear I saw a post a while back that stated some pretty significant movement from 12oclock to achieve flatness, but I cant find it anymore. I guess it depends on what cab your using anyway.
