heya, so ive got EBS valve drive and now abit confused on how to be switching power on/off. Doesnt simply (un)pluging it cause damage of some sort even if its 12V? Also is there a diference in switching it on before amp is on or switching it off before switching the amp off. If i unplug it...

That is caused not by "underpowering" but by pushing the amp over its limits. The only underpowering of speakers i can think of is when you give just very little volume that is barely enough to move the speakers, then they sound completely diferent to what they would at the levels the...

the easiest way imo would be to hook it XLR to a cheapest mixer you can get (with phones out). Not sure about the damage to the amp without a load, isnt it for tube amps only?
