U.S. Peavey Club

Black on black looks good, or you could go pearloid in Red, Burnt Orange, Gold, Black Pearl (grey really).
You could go gold aluminum anodized, or Steve Harris chrome.

I vote pearloid...and those knobs ought to go. I've got two Furys (Furies?) of that vintage: one in white, on in black. I put Lindy Fralin pickups in the white one and a Geezer EMG set in the black one. They're just the sweetest rigs to play: light, great neck, and really quite resonant when unplugged. Neato! [Oh, yeah, on the black one, I replaced the simple white pickguard with a 3-ply wbw. I enjoy the tuxedo look.]

First thing I did after making sure the bass was decent was to order chrome knobs, ha. I absolutely hate the factory knobs on my Fury. They are really terrible looking.

Hehe...those weren’t factory knobs, but excellent choice!

Zodiac BXP
here one is with the pg in different lighting Peavey Zodiac *Free Shipping* | Guitars by the Fence

glad you said it first! I've looked at this bass for at least 3mos and fake diamond and ruby studs will be added, three rubies where there's no red bursting to carry that theme along, and the 4 inner ones can be filled to blend with the amber finish.
I tried to get other BXPs with no luck but this one wouldn't go away and the price kept dropping, I finally fell in lust.

those are made in us?

Howdy!

I'm a member in this club with a T-40 and soon to have a T-45.
I came across this Cirrus and it looks gorgeous.
Peavey Cirrus Quilted Tiger Eye - active p/u's, parametric EQ, neck-through
I am a sucker for beautiful wood grain, but I know little about these.
Is there a separate Cirrus owners club or is this the place to ask?
What is good about these and what is bad?
