Hey folks. I've got an Ibanez ATK, and as you may know the stock pickup is quite weak. I want to replace it with an EMG MMTW. Anyone familiar with the difference in dimensions with these two pickups? Will the EMG drop right in, or will I have to do some routing?

It's also about the cost of a brand new custom neck.

Dying it wouldn't work so well since there are pearl dots on fretboard, which wouldn't line up properly even if I were able to dye everything else, which I probably wouldn't since the lines are plastic. The side markers wouldn't line up properly either.

I definitely don't trust myself to try this. I thought I'd order the board and have a local luthier do it. Would that be ridiculously expensive?
