Loss of low-end while using effects

Hey all. I've got a Green Muff and a modded Crybaby that I play through in my band, but whenever i engage the two of them I totally lose my low end. Is there any type of boost pedal I could throw in the mix to remedy this?

The crybaby has a guitar/bass switch on it, and switching it onto bass doesn't solve the problem either. Thanks.

boss bass eq is what justin chancellor of tool uses as well as many other players. The Boss ls-2 can also blend an effects loop into a dry signal to keep the low end.

Once any part of your circuit has dropped your lows, there is no way to gain those lows back. A blend to retain some of the natural bottom of your bass is the best bet.
