    Double Bass 130$/month? Is that normal?

    I live in Montreal, Canada, and I was thinking about renting an upright to see what I like better between the cello and the contrabass. Now, renting my cello costs 65$/month and renting a contrabass would cost 130$/month. Is it me, or is that just ridiculus?
