Hey all- Just received a used SG bass and has nasty hum. Looks like someone glued the bridge ferrules into the body holes and am thinking this somehow negated the contact point(smothered in goop?) Does anyone have a DIY solution to getting that ferrule out of the body so wire can be re-grounded?
