Thanks mate. Seen a few on ebay, nothing local yet. My only reservation with the 410HE is that its 8ohm and all opinions on the LMII are to go 4ohm, a 410HLF would be great, although being lazy here, they're heavy!!

Yeah been emailing George alot and he's offered me some very resonable deals, I am very tempted, but being wary of how much I'm spending. Been working on the guy for price for the 2nd hand Bergs, but he's not budging, I think the same really, the extra $200 for new would be worth it.

Funnily Avatar 112s are more expensive than the Bergs and Edens!

Found the Aussie distributor. The 1212L would be just right for me but the price is up there with the Bergantinos in the budget breaking bracket.

I was thinking about the rig I used at my last jam, borrowed off the drummer, an old Hartke 200w bass head and no-name 200w 2x15 cab. It didn't cut through or sound particularly good or anything, but it just coped with volume. I would think that LMII/2xAE112 will murder that setup.

thanks all. The 'headroom' arguement has convinced me to hold out for a suitable 4ohm cab. At the moment my 2 main options are a nemesis and avatar, although the Avatar I will buy 'blind' so to speak (only available via ebay in Oz). I haven't seen any 4ohm cabs 2nd hand at all here. :(

For size reasons I'll definately only be getting the one 410 cab, I would consider getting two smaller cabs but haven't found any combination of 210 115 or 112 that I can afford. What's killing me is why there are so few 4ohm 410s around?
