    There was no mention of level of playing as the reason no one was hired. The sole reason was that we were all young and none of has yet had a full time job. The ASO deserves much worse than some complaining on talkbass after this audition.

    Excellent point... I actually asked the personnel director when he informed us they weren't going to hire anyone if they even considered giving any of us trials... the answer was no. If they had true concern for any lack of "maturity and stability" (that's the line they fed us) then they should...
