    I totally agree! I love the B-string on this bass too. Clear and growly without mudding it up in a band setting. The harmonics are so crisp as well! It’s definitely a workhorse :)

    I totally agree! I love the B-string on this bass too. Clear and growly without mudding it up in a band setting. The harmonics are so crisp as well! It’s definitely a workhorse :)

    I have a 2017 Fender Jazz Elite V with a Maple Neck and Ash body. Does anyone know where I can find a Fender Jazz Elite V ebony neck to replace my Maple neck? Nothing wrong with the maple neck, I just prefer Ebony with the natural body. Any help would appreciated :)

    Opinions of the 2016-17 fender elite jazz bass

    I have one and I love it (5 string ash body & maple neck). Read the reviews here on talkbass and you’ll find a lot of people, including me, raving about the neck (playability) and sound. I tried one out at GC and really liked it. A week later I saw one on Reverb just like it and got it $1200 :)
