I have a set of pickups to pair with a sadowsky preamp.

Bartolini publishes their DC resistance specs for all of their pickups on their website, bartolini.net . If it is a model not listed, I'm sure a polite email will sort the issue for you. When upgrading the pickups in my Ibby BTB845V, they were most helpful.
