so, I've been wanting to get a chorus pedal for a long time. But the pedals are close to $100, and I don't have that cash. I've been noticing that guitar chorus pedals go for much cheaper. How much of a difference would it make if I used a guitar chorus pedal on bass vs using a bass chorus pedal?
so, I recently starting buying random replacement parts for a fender jazz bass to make a Frankenstein bass. I've got every part I need except the neck, the shaft pots, and the output jacks. I'm thinking about making the bass fretless, and I bought semoyur Duncan quarter pounders before deciding...
I personally don't know much about this bass, but I think it's unique enough to get on here. From what I understand, it's called the hohner professional the Jack custom bass. I don't know anything about it, and I don't see much of these selling online.

I only tested a bass at a guitar store once. I was playing on an epiphone viola bass. While I was testing it quietly, some douche in the guitar section testing out a Gibson SG turned up his amp he was testing to the max while using a lot of distortion. I could barely hear what I was playing. I...
Hello! I'm new here. Anyway, I recently bought a squire mini strat for $15(it's missing it's last string.) I'm thinking of turning it into a bass. I have a bass bridge and bass neck on hand. Is this a a good idea, or what could go wrong?
