Yep Traz, it's a bit like Feat's Hate to Lose Your Lovin' in that sense - I was Nervy because, with other things to do, I only got about 5 hrs to look at 6 songs that I didn't know ; ) Done and Dusted now so we'll see how the dice fall.

I went for a walk last night, down the road of uncertainty, past doughtful forest, over the sighing bridge and on into the mist. It's bin around 5 yrs since I last played with real people, spoted an ad for a Southern Rock, Blues band forming - not quite ready yet (need speakers I can actually...

    G&L Club Part 7

I find active/passive both useful on my L2500Trib, but my Pups are wound down a ways. The difference in out put into my amp between the L2500 and my active Jazz isn't too different going buy my trim settings. Perhaps try lowering your Pups before giving the active side a miss : )

Uh Huh, Back in the day when half the band lived in the rehearsal house - early 70's, we all ate crackers for three days so the bass player could get some strings for a gig we had : )

There are rules right up until the time some one breaks them, comes up with something new. Then they're the Musical Messiah and the great herd of unwashed shout "they're the Messiah - Let's all follow They're rules"

For me open strings are just another Timbre/Colour to use, they need a slightly different touch, but if that's what the song asks for, I'll listen to the song over some shagwit who thinks Music has rules.

Not just Cocknee young Fred - used to be in more common use here than the queens plummy tones. Septics was the normal term, and the meaning was quite a bit more Pithy ; )

Anus Superciliosa - I swear they're wild, not pets : ) they've been visiting us for three or four years now. The local birds seem to have passed the word that we're a safe haven - we seem to get someone new each year.

Not to be picky, but yep - Budgerigar, to us Parakeets are the next size up. Budgies are a very nice little bird, don't know about now, but 30 yrs back I saw flocks of thousands out near my Aunt's place at Colerenabri - the best description I've got is it was like seeing an Opal fly - 20...

I haven't seen these, but you may find the small body an advantage for an acoustic when amped up. Over here we got a Co - Maton, top stuff, they make an acoustic "Mini" espesially for amplification. It's about half size - the small body helps cancel that Acoustic feedback and when amped they...

With two kids she's part time, so it works out pretty even, but she's keeping it simple - one for security, one for fun - she cooks anyway so a Boutique Cake & Pastry thing isn't to much of a stretch. If and when she chooses she can make it serious but with the two young girls she's pretty busy...

I think so, but I'm biased : ) Thing is Paige is a Celiac who just decided that if no-one wants to make decent non-gluten cakes/pastries that she'd make 'em herself as a side-line, now she having trouble keeping up with her day job as a Police Instructor. She's making an order for 200 Macrons...
