@agedhorse is right we don’t know. What makes me suspicious is that I contacted him the day after I received the amp and explained the issues. Two days later I realized I should probably just get a refund and he denied it, claiming his return policy is only two days. May as well have been two hours

Ya it’s a pain but after hearing the amp it’s worth the trouble. I suspect he did know it was damaged. Bought it on Reverb from Brian Quinn, no bueno.
