    Looking for a 1981 - 1992 3 bolt G&L rosewood or ebony bass neck: 1 11/16" or 1 3/4"

    Hoping to find a 3 bolt old G&L Neck for my 1991 L2000 to replace the #6 neck it came with.. It's bassically a Jazz bass profile. The nut is 1 1/2" and I think the radius is 7.25"?     Modify G&L L1000 by adding Jazz pickup?

    Hi all, Take an early 1980s G&L L1000. Add a jazz pickup at the bridge. Rewire so that the knobs are now VVT (like a conventional passive jazz). How would losing the EQ on the MFD affect the utility of that MFD? Anyone done this? Thanks!
