    Bass Identification

    I have a red, viola style bass that I need help identifying. I can put pictures if needed. It’s branded Ideal. Can’t find anything about them. I’ve heard from a few folks a few different things. It’s cherry red and the body is completely hollow. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.

    Been reading this site for quite some time now, enough to realize you're all a bit mad, so I hope to fit right in. Has anyone seen a Lyle like this? Had it for around 20 years now and can't find another like it. A cool bass but for the neck dive. Thanks for any info
