Bass Identification

I have a red, viola style bass that I need help identifying. I can put pictures if needed. It’s branded Ideal. Can’t find anything about them. I’ve heard from a few folks a few different things. It’s cherry red and the body is completely hollow. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.

 

The neck, body and bridge are original. Everything else has been replaced. Second set of pickups I’ve been through. Replaced tuners.
