Kinda beat in the sense of the paint chipping off the primer, but no major gouging anywhere. Neck is great, all hardware and electronics fully functional. Has hardcase, case is missing a hinge loop but still opens and shuts well. Will put new strings on tomorrow. $1400 shipped
