I have the MXR stereo chorus and I am pretty happy with it. I do not have a lot of experience with others so I will not say it is the best, but I like it. Chronicle knows a lot about a lot so you should check out the one he mentions...heck I might too

Purely only a chorus... I prefer the BOSS CE-5 (the guitar version over the bass version for me.)

+1. René_Julien (and a few other users on TB) and Justin Chancellor were the reasons why I tried a CE-5 as well as a CEB-3 and a CH-1. The CEB-3 was way too subtle for my liking. CE-5 anyday over the other two.
