Love that whole record, but sometimes I can't distinguish what is Moog and what is bass. Or what is both. That doesn't bother me though!! It's all groovy.

Funny to see this today because I was playing that groove messing around between takes at the studio today, singing the hook badly in a caffeine induced madness, and the songwriter I was working with said "you know, can you FIT 1,000 beats in a minute?" I said sure, maybe more, but there is probably a threshold of how many the human ear can hear before it sounds solid. Thus began a debate that kept us from getting work done for a half hour!! Ha ha!!
