Update on J. Rhyne:
I still haven't been able to find a picture of a J. Rhyne bass but I was able to find a picture of one of his guitars. I noticed you have a guitar section too so this can go there. In the meantime I'll keep searchin' for that darn bass.

Yeah, guitars aren't specifically on my radar, but some are just too nice to ignore. The main directory page is driven by a database. So I can mark each manufacturer as bass, guitar, amp, pickup, etc. You also mentioned sorting by country. There is a country flag in the database, but it's not always easy to find where a company is. You will see a flag icon on the main page occasionally. This can be added on the fly. Just more research. It would then be easy to a selection list by country.

You sure are thorough! Obviously my idea was not challenging enough. Let's see....can you sort by number of screws in the pickguard? How about body weight minus the hardware? Ummmmm......number of coats in the finish?

I found this J. Rhyne bass belonging to Michael Newberry in Atlanta. He used to work with Jay and they built this bass to look like a rifle.
Includes a hand wound pickup and bone nut.

Chris Larkin is under Larkin. (Link Removed) I haven't always been consistent using the first name/last name or just the last name. Most of this depends on how the company name is listed on their main or contact webpage. Fender is not listed as Leo Fender and Ritter is under Jens Ritter because that's how it appears on their website.

If there is more that one company name, I try to add aka's in the comments field. This way you can use your browser search to find them.

I'm sorry. Didn't notice this one on the website...

#235 Rick Turner also manufactures guitars/basses under the name Renaissance.

There was already a link to Henman. I guess Rick Turner is taking them over?

I added a Renaissance page and linked all three pages together. I also added the video to the Renaissance page.

Thanks for the info!
