Those look amazingly like the old Fender Coronados. (Except the pickups look like they are from a Univox.) Can any of those artisans still be around?

I've got a serious urge to own a hollow body just because I like the way they look. Every other instrument I've bought because of sound, but there's just something about that style (the EB2 look) that appeals to me.

Morgan is a brand of budget instruments that are quite popular in Norway. I have no idea if they are designing instruments themselves or are just sticking their own brand on them, but at those prices they surely aren't built in Norway.
I bought an Link Removed (single cutaway - semi acoustic) mostly for that same reason. It's a really nice looking bass, but I'm still trying to that 60's thunky sound out of it.
