17 yr old boy decapitated by rollercoaster

I work in the claims department for an insurance company that specializes in entertainment and recreation. We don't have this park, but we used to have the parent company. We've got an office pool for how long before the suit is filed.
I could tell you stories you wouldn't believe about how people killed or maimed themselves doing something incredibly stupid and then sued for damages.

As far as I recall the parents said they were not going to file a claim against six flags. I heard that from my mom, who actually watches the news on TV and reads the paper. I dont have time for all that 
I had to double-check that this was a real newspaper... and it is.

The park is called, "Six Flags Over Georgia" and is located in Atlanta (technically Austell.) There is no city of "Over."
As far as I'm concerned the only real six-flags are in texas... every other place is a cheap rip-off

I live in Georgia and and I heard he went back in because he lost a hat on the ride he is stupid he could thought with common sense I can get a new for 2 to 5 dollars in stead of putting his life at risk for an old hat.

And what was tha name of that twisty number that was a short coaster, but it had so many barrel rolls and the first drop was straight down (90degree)?
It has Darwin "honorable mention" potential. In order to win one of those things it would have to involve running on the track to impress his girlfriend, finding a quarter, something involving a gerbil etc...

Yeah I remember that one... never went on it (scared as hell of that thing.) But year i remember watching people go on it when i was like 7... it scared me watching it

Come on, the news story clearly implies that the ride yanked him from where he was standing safely, hurled him over the safety fencing, and dropped him right in place where he was helpless before the out-of-control roller coaster cars ripped his innocent head off. Don't try to tell me it doesn't.
I could tell you stories, but I can't really... I could get fired or worse... And I meant the families of the dead moron sued.
