I have never desired a "Birth Year Bass".
Now, I desire two of them.![]()
And they sound great whether playing Animals, Cream or Aerosmith songs and copy P tones quite easily.

Aahhhhh, yessssss. 1967 Impala 4 door. The family sled. It endured my teen "off-road racing at the town dump" days in Mtn Home, ID. 283 2 barrel with a 2 speed PowerGlide transmission. Loved it and it probably lasted because it was so gutless it could hardly even spin its tires in the gravel. Lotsa good memories, though.
