Or it could be some sort of money laundering or drug trafficking scheme.
Go buy a vintage guitar for $1500 and then sell it on ebay to someone in Wangolia for 100k and clean some cash. Definitely sounds like something Saul Goodman would recommend.

If it's not a typo, then maybe the seller is covertly selling something pictured in the background. Not seeing any stolen Ming dynasty vases or contraband animals....just toddlers. God forbid, but there are a lot more sick-ass people around than we're being told.
