1981 Tokai Jazz Sound Replacement Pickguard?

Hey folks

Can anyone recommend an after market replacement pickguard for an early 80s Tokai Jazz Sound?

I'm looking at this mint green Fender '62 Reissue and the holes seem to be in the same place as my Tokai. Anyone know if these will fit?

It will likely not fit.

Why is that?

It's not a Fender bass so the pickguards will likely have different screw hole locations and the shape may be a bit different. The only way to know if it'll fit is to try it out.
