ok question the cab is 4 OHMS, the speakers are rated at 8 ohms. so they are running in series to get to 4 ohms. correct?

2/15 ported cab

The cab has no impedance of it's own (it is an empty wooden box), and can be whatever you want it to be based upon the speakers you load into it.
However, to get a 4 ohm cab, you would use two 8 ohm speakers wired in parallel (not series).
I have two of these cabs, one has Eminence Alpha's and the other has Eminence Beta's. Actually both of my Beta 205s are different sizes, ones deeper and taller by an inch or two, that one has two handles. By the looks of your pictures, you have a smaller one which has a single handle on the side. I have the Alphas in the smaller 205 and they have a bit more high end to them, and I can get some good 70s grind out of them with my Acoustic 220. My bigger 205 has the Beta's and that cab has way more lows, could just be the size. I love these cabs because of the parallel/series outputs meaning I can run both at an 8ohm stack or 2ohm stack, which brings a lot of versatility when I want to run my 2x18s as well.

There's a guy on evilbay with a couple of these for sale. $35 Buy-It-Now each ($70) & $25 shipping each ($50), $120 total. Bet if you messaged him about picking up both he'd combine ship. He's somewhere in Michigan, not so far from you. Guess you'd save $10-$15 on shipping, maybe get'em both, shipped, for $105.
