2 gigs, 2 bands, 1 night

well, im in the process of leaving one band (squeeeze) and moving to a new one (studio4) and squeeeze already had a gig booked for last night and ive only been a part of studio4 for almost 2 weeks and they had the gig booked before i joined and the timing worked out, an hour to get from once place to the other....but all the drama's happened at the first gig, i had sent my peavey mark 3 head and jbl quad over with the drummer, i had just got new speaker leads that day so i didnt have time to test them, i got to the gig....the leads were screwed .....so with 5minutes before kicking off i had to just plug into the d.i and into the p.a...was ok, but i like my amp...and the drummer was all over the shop as usual too.....

then starts the next gig with studio4, my ampeg/crown/peavey rig is all setup and working ready for me (di'd into the 3000w 8x15" p.a setup ), mind you we've only rehersed 3 times, i had learnt 30 songs, and somehow miracuously, it was a tighter unit than squeeeze has ever been and ive been with squeeeze all this year, it was all very jam based, the crowd was pumpin (in the 2nd and third sets) we had a professional photographer there, so ill upload pics once i get them

but that was the first time ive had 2 gigs in one night, started off a little horrible, then got unbeleiveably better
