2 Humbuckers 1 volume Wiring

I have a Yamaha RBX 374 and i want to passively wire up the two humbuckers to one volume knob(No Tone or other vols, JUST a single volume), as i always have both pickups at full anyway.
Would someone be able to draw me up a quick schematic or link me to one. The pickups each have a black and white wire and a green ground wire by the way.

The pickup hots go to the first terminal, the second terminal goes to the jack, and the third terminal gets grounded.
