2015 Schecter J Bass. A worthy alternative!

I hope to have the money to get me one of those jazzes once they arrive here in Mexico. I'd go for the five string version, and definitely in white. I might have to wait for six more months, possibly a year, to see those around here, but I a Schecter will always be worth the wait. I'm pretty pleased with the one I already own (Omen 5), but something more classic wil be a fine addition to my small arsenal.

The J-Plus has lots of great features for the price. I dig it! Especially the natural color.

Given that the Fender American Deluxe V is moderately expensive at $1,700, this bass will compete well at less than half the price.

Looks sweet! Played a Schecter Riot Session 5 at GC last year and was pleasantly surprised. Very flexible EQ controls and great tone.

Their 2015 line looks very nice! Bummed the Diamond P Plus doesn't come in 5-string config tho.

I haven't had GAS in a very long time, but that Diamond J5 in Natural is starting to make me sweat! drool

Just a heads up...These basses are 35" and not 34" scale so please take that into consideration.
I prefer that some might not.

The Diamond P Plus looks great. The only thing it lacks is a passive/active switch.

Just got my Diamond J5 in Natural so far so good. You can literally get a lot of good tone from this bass so versatile. I'm going to play this badboy out tomorrow for rehearsal and Friday for a show.
