2015 Texas Double Bass Symposium

The ¡Viva el Bajo! South Texas Double Bass Festival is proud to host the 2015 Texas Double Bass Symposium

This year we give a warm South Texas welcome to Joel Quarrington, our featured guest, and all the Double Bass artists joining us from all 
corners of the great state of Texas.

 Bass players of all levels are invited to the campus of UTPA in Edinburg, TX to meet and learn from Texas' greatest bass players.



Please join us for a weekend filled with great 
performances, master classes, lectures and workshops, while enjoying the special camaraderie that can only exist with bass players.

Mark your calendars for February 27- March 1, 2015. It is quite an exciting time when we can come together to celebrate the tradition of excellence in Double Bass training in Texas. This is surely an event not to miss!
