Why can't Gibbo just do improvements to its existing designs? Like the SG Bass or EB-3, it could use lighter weight tuners by Hipshot, the Hipshot Gibson Bridge and put the Mudbucker at the Bridge instead of the neck and the Minibucker at the neck. Maybe extend the upper horn just a bit to balance the head better and/or make the head smaller with the same shape.
Thunderbird: Same bridge and tuner changes as above, but move the bridge to the end of the body, set the fretboard further into the body and deepen the lower cutaway.
And bring back the ES style bass with the above, but with Darkstars and more of the CS smaller profile guitar body style.
