Given a system that could actually reproduce 15 Hz at sufficient intensity, that's still all "how many angels on the had of a pin" stuff anyway, since
1) overtones provide all the pitch cues you need to hear it as a note
2) speaker systems themselves are largely incapable of reproducing the pitch all by itself. The very use of speakers assures there will be harmonic distortion related to the original input signal, but an octave and more above.
That too will be perceived as pitch information, though with some Doppler shifting.
