My new (to me) dual 112 stack. Just got the cabs yesterday from theory028 (thanks Justin!). Running them with the Hartke LH1000, bridged, putting about 1100 watts out between the 2 cabs. Weighed them yesterday, and they're 44lbs each, which is not at all bad considering their non-neo. I get to try them out tonight at practice to see how they do in a band setting, but so far, they are loud and sound great!

Ended up snatching a GK 700RB-II from a fellow TB'r yesterday, should be here Friday. I love the power the Hartke has, but I can't seem to get a tone I love, despite constant knob tweaking. I've used GK heads since I started playing (400RB-III), and have grown to know and love them, especially the EQ. Really looking forward to pushing these cabs with the GK!

So, finally a pic of the (almost) rig that started the thread :)

Unfortunatelu due to unexpected house repairs and more, I've only been able to get the first of the two cabs yet, the second one is a loaner from a friend. But at the end of the summer...

So; GK MB Fusion + 2 TKS 112 (tks)

Sounds huge. And good. Veeery good.

The head weighs 2kg and the cabs 10kg each - what's that; 48lbs or so?

Excuse the crappy cellphone picture...

well, i might be one of the only ones to use double bags! FWIW, they're not excellent for 5 string, and I normally use a 15 and a 12. However, for a nasty rock tone, two (or more) s12 Bag ends are pretty cool. Very Geddy Lee or Live at leeds tone.

I actually use what IvanMike uses-- and somehow I feel smarter for it! Debating about getting another 12 to replace the heavier 15 but it DOES sound good and no money is spent doing nothing....
