Double Bass 3/4 DB bag size

Greetings how "tight" should a bag fit around a 3/4 bass? Should it pretty snug - like a sock - or lose - like a slightly large shirt?

The bag I have is...a sock!

My Messina bag fits like a wet suit and I like it. Loose fitting bags allow too much movement, methinks.

I also like a tight bag and think it is safer. When you are carrying it or moving it around, you know where your bass is and are less likely to bang it into something inadvertently.
