3-Channel Analog Mixer with Phantom Power

that "independent" per-channel phantom power is something I have never seen on any small mixer.

Yamaha MG10XU 10-channel Mixer with USB and FX

What mics are you using that you need each channel to have switchable phantom power? I'd just get a Triton Phantom Blocker for any ribbon mic and be done with it. If you're using balanced line inputs, you should be using the TRS plugs, not the XLR.
