Don't know if you're asking about using the same pattern from 3 different "A" notes on the fretboard, as Malcolm pointed out.
Or if you want to know 3 different fingerings of the major scale, in this case C Major.
One position would be to start on the root with your forefinger (finger 1).

A 2nd position would be to start on the root with your middle finger (finger 2). I don't know if this is the primary pattern, but it's the pattern I was first taught. It's the pattern Malcom posted.
