My LDS is a 215, not 212. I went for a 2-way rather than 3-way, so I used full-range drivers, not LF, & no dedicated mid(s). I chose Eminence Kappa Lite 3015s. Many guys like these lot (& for good reason) although more seem to prefer the Faital Pro 15PR400s. They're arguably the 2 best full-range 15s on the market. I sure think they are, anyway. The high frequency/tweeter I chose is the Selenium D220Ti & I paired it with a Selenium HM25-25 horn (90x60). Outfitted the box in Tweed tolex (a really heavy duty variety & Fender-style Oxblood grill cloth (both from Amp Parts, Cabinets, Guitar, Bass, Pickups, Pedals - Mojotone.com ). Vintage vibe for appearance out the wazooYeah...Like I said I think I may have misheard or misunderstood! I think I'm going with the 3012LFs and a dedicated mid and a tweeter.
Any suggestions for midrange driver and tweeter? I know you've got a 2x12 from Don, I'd be interested to hear your suggestions!

As far as a mid for the 3012LFs, consider the 18Sound 6ND410 & Faital Pro M5N8-80. The 18Sound has been successfully used for some time now as the mid in 15/6 & 212/6 cabs & the Faital, newer on the block, has gotten lots of love here on TB.
