Bought my first SR 4 today. 2001 single PU. Nice bass. I've been recording a lot and trying to use an Ibanez SR 400 soundgear. Can't get any definition with it. Went to the GC and played a bunch of basses. The 30th SR is amazing! It sounds a little like a ric and an SR combined. Great low mid, perfect for recording. GC wants 1799 for it. I payed 900 for the SR 4. I'm kinda wishin now I shelled out the extra for the 30th. What a great guitar!!! May buy it tommorrow. Anyone want an Ibanez. It's in brand new condition and I have no use for it now.
