I think it's a Marcus Miller, which would be MIJ not MIM if I'm not mistaken.

In any case, I don't need it, or feel like flipping it, but someone could get a great deal, or make a profit. I don't think he knows what he has.

There are a few postings like this that pop up here in Las Vegas, like MIA Fenders for $300 and whatnot. It's always some weird gmail address and more than likely some type of scam.

My roommate (also on Talkbass) said the newer Marcus Millers are MIM, though their price hasn't changed much. So it's still a good deal. I personally find the preamps uglier than sin, but I'm sure they are great basses.
