Yeah that feels unnecessary. He made a business decision, he can stick to it. Those of us who wanted one and are now not getting one are allowed to vent. No need to address the complaints positively or negatively on his end. I mean he certainly can (and did), but no need to. Oh well.
When "you do you" crosses into "finding your own truth" territory...
Complaints are feedback. You don't call them "complainers", you call them "customers".
I don't see how bundling makes people defer purchases. Either way, he's selling 50 pedals. And even if he's trying to deter scalpers, they'll just buy the bundle and then sell both items at a markup... especially that shiny new blue preamp which just happens to have now been discontinued and is thus now rare.
Tbh I think he's probably just been sitting on preamps and wants to move them.
Lol. I had an Octabvre mini years ago, sold it pretty quickly. I've never understood the hype, but there are lots of things I don't understand.
It's a real bummer for those that are into his stuff, though. But, maybe this is a weird way of driving down demand. It may well work.

Why does he care who buys em? I can Apple pay my order in the first 3 sec just the same as some scalper/flipper.
With this bundle price, I’m betting it’s MORE flippers. How much do we wanna bet there’s about 25-40 new Octabvres on Reverb after they’re delivered mid September?

What's interesting is that he's blaming this bundling on the low stock of Octabvre boards, but he was the one who swapped a Doom 2 release for Octabvre

It won't hurt his sales. I never even heard of this company until 8 to 10 months ago.
From Chineseium, to the pimp daddy bundle move, and now a completely Childish insult to his customer base.
He doesn't deserve my money besides I only wanted the Doom2 anyway. The great thing about buying pedals in today's marketplace there is tons of quality options in all price points for consumers to purchase.

ever since apple pay was disabled, its hard to buy any. how does apple pay affect the buying market it seems even if its paypal they sell out quickly so i dont see the point of taking out apple pay if the intentions is to control the buying market anyway…ridiculous
