I got #21. i didn't expect the "black" letters to actually be a deep navy, but it's pretty sweet looking either way. definitely prefer this over the ghost finish. those looked so good on the site but in person... oof. my doom 2 ghost i can live with, it has grown on me, the contrast with the screen print works out much better on that one

My initial impression is that tracking is as good, perhaps better than the Octamizer V2, but not as good as the KMA Queequeg 2. But I like how it sounds way more than both.
I have it paired with my (current) preferred fuzz for bass, the Fjord Fenris.
I usually wait a bit before putting on the dual lock, but I knew almost right away I was going to keep it. With the Doom 2 I knew almost as fast it wasn't for me haha.
I recently watched the Dennis Kayzer Doom 2 guitar video and thinking about getting one in that config (for guitar). How do you do request that, put it in the notes section of the order? Email after order?

My Octabvre is circling around from post office to post office, was supposed to be in yesterday, it now looks like I won't get it until next week some time even though it's theoretically 5 minutes from my house :/
Compared my Ghost mkiii against the Icefall mkiii tonight... whoever said there's variations between units is 100% correct. They're both very very close to each other, i would say tracking is pretty much identical (great tracking on both units) but the icefall is definitely doing something a bit more in the mids I think. They're honestly so close i dont think anyone would ever be able to tell unless you sit there and intently A/B them. A big part of it is how they feel a bit different to play when stacked with fuzz and envelope filter (i've noticed i have a bit less dynamic control with icefall, but i overall like the tone better, so tough choice ahead for me)

My instruction sheet for the octavbre is all messed up with ink smears. I know the printer blew up but anyone else have this? He is usually so good with the details and puts so much care into the product and packaging. I was pretty surprised when it showed up like that.
What? I cant believe yall are complaining about the instruction sheet after Spencer practically gave you those pedals at only $333... you know theyre worth double that right!?! Almost like youre stealing from him when you think about it. Yall should be kissing his feet & worshipping the ground he walks on.. hes too good for us sinners & we merely exist in the shadow of his grace.
