3leaf youre doom prymaxe??

update, now Im pissed. When I tried to cancel my order I got a shipping notice on Nov 29 said 1-3 expedited shipping.

Tracked today, according to USPS, electronic shipping info received Dec 1, item has no tracking info updates.

The way I see this, it has not been shipped just issued a tracking number.

My issue is I live in Canada, so I shipped the item to Buffalo. I was in Buffalo today but my Youre Doom wasn't. And I won't be back there for 2 weeks.

Is it possible, I tried to cancel, they ssaid we'll just get an electronic shipping label and ship it later? Cause it didn't ship when they said it did and it doesn't look like it has yet!!!!!!!!!!

on the phone with them now. Not sure how this works, but I tried to cancel, immediately get an email saying it shipped.

here's the catch, email is Nov 29th at 8:11 pm, saying it shipped Nov 30 with a tracking number. 2 day expedited

Try to track at USPS, no info, just says they received electronic tracking info, on Dec 1

Prymaxe says label was printed Sunday and item was shipped Monday Dec 2, but how did I get an email on the 29th with a tracking number saying it already shipped?

Something stinks here.

Anyway, Rogue came through on Friday, package arrived Monday as promised. So I do have one Youre Doom, but I need the second one as I have traded one of them.

Live and Learn I guess

Something very similar happened to me. They will never get an order me again. Sucks. The dude Evan who works there is a good guy. And he does great demos. The rest of the staff is pretty rough

I haven't heard of this happening. With Darkglass we asked to be removed from their sales and we were immediately put on the exclusions list.

You are on the exclusions list. But all the customer has to do is email or call them and ask for a special code and they send you a different one to put in to get the discount. I just got a VMT discounted about a month ago for a friend.
Not that its a big deal. But I just thought you should know.

That was the first order that turned into a mess. They charged my card. Then didn't send a shipping notice. I called, had to wait to talk to a boss. Got charged again. I could go on, but you get the idea.

I'll just throw in my own experience here...I have ordered twice from Prymaxe, once was great, the other time there was a delay for unclear reasons, but we got it sorted out (but only after I caught it).

As for the discounts I want to be sympathetic to the builders and respectful of their wishes, but man those 10-20% discounts really help when you can get them.

I understand some people have had some bad experiences and I would take my business elsewhere if I had similar experiences not corrected to my satisfaction. That said, I have ordered both from Rogue and Prymaxe and both have been positive. My latest order from Prymaxe on Friday did hang on the awaiting fulfillment till late yesterday when it was marked as shipped. It was not updated in the usps tracking until late today which seems like a reasonable time frame considering it is our government. Just my 2 cents.

They got a small initial shipment a few days ago but apparently there was a problem with their preordering system and they inadvertently shipped them to people who weren't on the preorder list. They told me the problem has been worked out and they have a larger shipment already en route.

So heres the issue. Has mine shipped? Or have i been lied to?

I know bs when I hear it, and I call BS on prymaxe,

Bad business guys,

I'll never order from them again, and if it turns out mine hasn't shipped, or they have not received their order yet, my next call won't be to prymaxe. It will be to the BBB.

I just got an email stating "they were backed up by the manufacturer"

Hey Spencer, I got one from rogue and I love it, but prymaxe just threw you under the bus

No mention of them sending them to the wrong people.
