Ok, I know I said I wasn't going to comment but even with an email from prymaxe saying it shipped Monday with 2 day expedited delivery, still no pedal. My USPS tracking number still says pre shipment. Their response, oh USPS hasn't updated yet, well guys you gave me that tracking number Nov 29 then claimed someone came in on Sunday to print shipping labels. Sunday was dec 1 I think, so how did I get a tracking number on the 29th?

What a joke. I am beyond pissed now. I hate being lied to. Do they think I'm an idiot? Oh wait, I am, cause I'm still dealing with this crap and waiting for a pedal that I doubt has even shipped yet.

I got a very nice email saying it shipped,sorry for the inconvenience, you can have 20% off your next order.

Really?? my next order?? Your kidding right

Again I have no dog in this fight, but the dates you mentioned above were exactly the same as mine. My tracking number was assigned the same date but shipping drop off did not occur till Monday. The USPS did not update till Tuesday and the pedals are arriving today. Sorry for your bad experience.

My account was updated on Nov 29th with a Dec6 delivery. I tried to cancel my order as that was too long to wait. A shipping notice was immediately issued. How much do you want to bet my pedal arrives Dec 6 ?

I also need to travel 2 hrs each way to get the pedal, not their issue I know,. But if it has arrived in 1 to 3 days as they stated, or 2 days as they second notice stated. I would have been in the Buffalo at that time.

I am going to keep this brief.

Got an email from Corey explaining a few things.

Im going to chalk this up to bad timing. Prymaxe was updating their shipping notices, not actually shipping when I tried to cancel,

The pedals did not ship til Monday with the holiday and black Friday chaos, etc. When I tried to cancel, our emails crossed. I got a shipping update and mistakenly thought that meant the pedal had shipped.

Then I went all rooster, and conspiracy like. My apologies I trust my new pedal will arrive Dec 6 as it was going to all along.

Well, today is Dec 6 and still no pedal. Since I only had this weekend to go to buffalo to get it before Xmas, I will not get it till JAN now!!!!!

Ive decided I am going to ship it back to them when or if it ever arrives.

I'm going to order from a dealer here in Canada, it will cost me $100 more with taxes, shipping and no pre order discount but at least ill be satisfied.

Yep, I'm sure it shipped, but not sure when. I know it will arrive just posses me off the way it all went down.

Especially since I immediately flipped the second one I ordered,

So, prymaxe is sending me a pedal to Canada free of charge.

I am going to send the other one back to them, when it arrives.

This is the best of a bad situation but a major customer service move on their part.

Not something they were obligated to do but greatly appreciated
