Warwick made the Vampyre Dark Lord, which I believe was available in black. I know the picture on their website is a black stain over sandblasted ash. They are discontinued and are probably very hard to find. Warmoth might have something in their Gecko line, but a 4 string nut and bridge would have to be fitted.

Buy it once, play it for life. They have terrific warranties, but with a carbonfiber neck, you probably will never have to exercise the warranty.
