4ms Pedals?

Does anyone know how to get a hold of anybody at 4ms Pedals? I've sent the a couple of e-mails...the first was 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard anything back. From everything that I've heard, their customer service is exemplary, so this seems strange.

It's a collective, so maybe they had to have a meeting and come to consensus before replying, and they weren't able to make quorum?

I think when you email 4ms, you're actually just emailing Dann Green. And I think he's been on vacation since early June. Even when he's not, it usually takes a week to get an answer back.

Well, it's been 3 weeks now, but everybody needs a vacation! I'll wait another couple of weeks...

Yeah. I sent my Panneur off to be fixed in April, I think, and haven't gotten it back yet. Dann's a good guy, and they make great products, so I think he deserves some slack.
