4ohm head - 8ohm Cabs?

I'm thinking of getting a back up head for gigs,currently I have an Ashdown MAG 307w 8ohm with MAG 410 Cab & MAG 115 Cab.
I was going to order the updated MAG EVO 307w head then thought about the Ashdown 'Little Giant 350w @ 4 ohm.
Not being too clever in this area of 'ohm' compatibility would there be an issue of the Little Giant driving the two 8 ohm rated Cabs.

It will be ok - the Little Giant will see two 8 ohm cabs in parallel as 4 ohms and be happy. May want to take a look at the Ohms FAQ at the top of the forum.
