6 Way Switch Wiring

Ok guys, kinda need some help here. I got the switch in that i needed for my pe amp but im somewhat illiterate when it comes to wiring terms and what not. Below are the instructions i was given and a little diagram of the switch. I really just need to know what wire goes where.

"The common of both wafers in your switch is green/grey

The 2 switched signals are as follows for each mode

Low Low -> yellow/grey
Mid Low' -> yellow/grey (1st wafer) red/grey (2nd wafer)
High Low' -> red/grey (2nd wafer is easiest)
Mid Mid -> blue/grey (1st wafer) red/grey (2nd wafer)
High Mid -> blue/grey (1st wafer is easiest)
High High -> blue/grey (1st wafer) yellow/grey (2nd wafer)

You can swap the wafers on the switch of course"

0) green/grey
1) yellow/grey
2) yellow/grey
3) N/C
4) blue/grey
5) blue/grey
6) blue/grey

Wafter 2 (blue)

0) green/grey
1) N/C
2) red/grey
3) red/grey
4) red/grey
5) N/C
6) yellow/grey

EDIT: Do the wires listed at more than one point need to touch all points/wafers or just one? Im assuming both or you wouldnt have posted it that way. Yeah, that was a stupid question. lol

Im trying to get this all wired up so i can install it later.

When a wire goes to more than one switch position, just strip enough insulation off the wire to pass through all the lugs, and then solder it to all of them.

So for example, the blue/grey wire connects to terminal 4, 5, and 6 on the first pole, or wafer.

That switch actually only has one wafer, also know as a "deck".

But it has two "poles" with 6-positions each. So think of it as two six position switches that are ganged together, just as a DPDT is two 2-position switches together.

Yeah, i realized after i asked the question how stupid it was. Considering what its used for it makes perfect sense. lol
